TED talks have always been a way for me to learn and grow, so I naturally wanted to volunteer. I led the Marketing and Design team, housing ten members at some point. With myself and some immensely talented fellow designers, we adapted the yearly theme in an animated short, posters and other ephemera. We also had a team of content writers, managed the photographers on the day of the event, an in house developer and a social media manager.

We democratically chose our direction as a team and were always open to experimenting with new ideas. I pushed for a more sophisticated stage design, leading to a great collaboration with students from Zurich University of the Arts. I also managed every members individual KPI's and helped bridge the needs of TEDx with new skills they wished to grow in. One of my most favourite experiences that forever changed the way I approach work and our experience as humans in the modern work society.
